Publisher Responsibilities and Contact Details
The Publisher is committed to supporting the journal in maintaining high standards of scholarly publishing, research integrity, editorial independence, and publication ethics in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Core Practices, the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, and internationally accepted publishing standards.
The responsibilities of the Publisher include the following:
(i) Administrative and Editorial Support
The Publisher provides administrative and technical support for manuscript submission, editorial correspondence, record keeping, and communication among authors, reviewers, editors, and the Editorial Office throughout the editorial and publication process. The Publisher ensures that manuscripts are processed efficiently while maintaining the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and reviewer reports.
(ii) Production and Publication
Following editorial acceptance, the Publisher is responsible for the production of manuscripts, including copyediting, typesetting, proofreading, layout preparation, and generation of the final online and printed versions of articles in accordance with the journal's publication standards.
The final page proofs are sent to the corresponding author for approval before publication. After incorporation of the authors' corrections, the Publisher prepares the final version for publication, coordinates DOI registration through Crossref, uploads the published articles to the journal website, and arranges printing of the journal issue, where applicable.
The Publisher ensures that accepted manuscripts are processed accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner while maintaining the integrity and quality of the published record.
(iii) Dissemination and Indexing
The Publisher is responsible for disseminating published articles through the journal website and other appropriate distribution channels and for facilitating the journal's inclusion, where eligible and approved, in recognized abstracting and indexing databases to enhance the visibility, accessibility, and impact of published research.
(iv) Publication Ethics and Editorial Independence
The Publisher supports the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board in implementing the journal's publication ethics policies and maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Allegations of research or publication misconduct are handled in accordance with the journal's policies, the COPE Core Practices, and other relevant COPE guidance.
The Publisher respects the editorial independence of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board. Editorial decisions regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts are made solely on the basis of scientific merit, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope, without influence from commercial, financial, or personal considerations.
Where the Publisher also serves as the Editor-in-Chief, all editorial decisions are made solely in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and the COPE Core Practices. The Publisher's administrative and financial responsibilities are exercised independently of the editorial decision-making process to ensure fairness, transparency, and the integrity of scholarly publishing.
(v) Financial Administration
The Publisher is responsible for administering manuscript processing and publication charges in accordance with the journal's published fee policy.
The journal strictly maintains that manuscript processing and publication charges has no influence on editorial assessment, peer review, acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on scientific merit, originality, and relevance, in accordance with COPE guidelines, ensuring full editorial independence and ethical publishing standards.
(vi) Transparency and Accountability
The Publisher is committed to ensuring transparency in all aspects of journal publishing, including editorial policies, publication charges, publication ethics, copyright, licensing, corrections, retractions, and other post-publication matters. The Publisher works collaboratively with the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board to maintain the quality, credibility, and integrity of the journal while fully respecting editorial independence.
